Michelle fell in love with the events industry 17 years ago when she began temping for a busy events agency within a delegate registration department. She then made it her mission to be part of the industry and worked her way up through the ranks to be a live Event Manager and she has never looked back!
She is an accomplished and energetic team player who has worked in many sectors including Automotive, Life Sciences, Finance, IT and Beauty. Nothing phases her – managing budgets ranging from £5,000 to £5 million, with 10 attendees up to 2,000! She has a proven ability to focus, thriving in a highly pressured environment.
Michelle loves following ‘the rules’ so creating processes within the role of Operations Manager at Open Audience is perfect for her (although maybe not for The Team!).
Outside of work, Michelle can be found performing with the 1940’s swing trio, The Polka Dots or in the countryside walking her Double Doodle, Bailey.
